Privacy Notice

ResultLock collects only the information needed to review pilot applications, operate the service, protect the platform, communicate with applicants, and measure whether the product is useful.
Information we collect
- Information you submit, such as your name, business name, email, website, offer details, pricing, and target deadline.
- Basic product analytics, including an anonymous session identifier, experiment variant, page path, and interaction events.
- Technical information needed for security and reliability, such as limited user-agent data.
- Email metadata and message content when you contact or reply to a ResultLock address.
How we use it
We use this information to review pilot applications, contact applicants, operate and improve ResultLock, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, measure product-market fit, and maintain business records.
Payments
Payment information is handled by Stripe. ResultLock does not store raw card numbers. Sandbox transactions may be used to validate payment, application-fee, evidence, and refund behavior before live protected transactions are enabled.
Service providers
We use service providers including Supabase for application data and backend services, Vercel for web hosting, Stripe for payments infrastructure, and Resend for sending and receiving email. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep pilot, email, and operational records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete pilot-application information, subject to legal and security requirements. Contact us at hello@resultlock.com.
Changes
We may update this notice as the pilot changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
