Pilot Terms
Effective August 22, 2026
These terms cover the ResultLock public site and pilot-application process. A business accepted into a protected-transaction pilot will receive separate commercial and guarantee terms before any live transaction is enabled.
Pilot applications
Submitting an application does not create a customer account, payment obligation, guarantee, insurance policy, escrow arrangement, or promise of acceptance.
What ResultLock is
ResultLock is software for defining measurable guarantee terms, recording evidence, calculating a rule-based settlement, and coordinating payment actions through payment providers. ResultLock is not an insurer, bank, escrow service, law firm, or financial adviser.
Business responsibility
Participating businesses remain responsible for their offers, customer relationships, legal compliance, evidence sources, and fulfillment. In the intended Stripe Connect SaaS model, the connected business remains merchant of record.
Evidence and remedies
A production guarantee must define its target, deadline, accepted evidence, exclusions, and remedy in advance. ResultLock applies the configured rule; it does not rewrite the terms after the transaction.
Sandbox proof
Figures shown on this site describe sandbox testing and are not claims of live customer volume, revenue, or guaranteed business performance.
Availability
The pilot may change, pause, or end while the service is being tested. We may reject applications that are not suitable for objective outcome verification or that create legal, fraud, safety, or operational concerns.
